Vasion helps companies simplify their print infrastructure, automate business processes, and integrate their technology in a more secure environment. When I started as a Junior Graphic Designer at Vasion, I played a key role in maintaining brand consistency across various mediums. I collaborated closely with the marketing team and wider organization to fulfill creative requests, designing impactful marketing collateral and brand assets for a multi-product tech company.

I then was promoted to Graphic Designer, where I led the design and development of compelling campaign creative and revenue-driving initiatives. My collaborative spirit enabled successful launches and events, fostering strong teamwork across different departments.

Social & Paid Media

Here are a few examples of organic and paid social media posts I helped create. I worked across teams to ideate and design lead-generating posts for company-wide and campaign initiatives, creating content for a variety of public channels.

Campaign Direction

I led the art direction for one of our central pillar campaigns: Eliminating Print Servers. The guiding concept was that old tech and vintage vibes are in style, but old print technology should never come back. I explored that idea through retro textures and hand drawn elements, hoping to tap into our target audience’s nostalgia while also eliminating one of the biggest pains in their jobs. Across a wide range of deliverables (organic social, paid ads, emails, collateral, events, and so much more) I think we really drove that feeling home.

Illustration

Our design team worked together to create an illustration system to support all of our marketing collateral and represent our products. I helped direct and develop our illustration process from brainstorming to production to implementation.

Events

In my first few months at Vasion, I art directed the identity and design for our annual company kickoff. I produced all event collateral ranging from decks to signage to swag to stickers and so much more.

Slide Template

I updated an old and outdated deck template to a cleaner, more functional design that matched the companies identity. It's used everyday by employees across the organization. I also designed a version for use at our annual branded company event.
